Note The Previous "Rib Dinner" Post

As I mentioned, I tried a new method for preparing the ribs. I am going to modify that method next time I fix ribs. This is primarily due to the fact that the left over ribs had even more flavor than when first cooked. Next time, I will prepare the ribs the same way, but will only grill until partially cooked or seared. I will then place them in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Then I will finish the cooking in the same manner as before. Once a good sear is obtained, I will then baste with the BBQ sauce and cook until done.
