Just in the nick of time......

Today is the day. When we started dieting, my (Gail's goal for me) target weight was 175 lbs. My actual (secret) goal was 170 lbs. Today the scale read 170.0 lbs. Just in time for the holiday food fest. Although, we're both so anal about what and how much we eat, I seriously doubt if there will be any significant weight gain as a result.

Now just one more obstacle to overcome. Right James.........

Busy.....Busy

Long time between posts. It's been a busy couple of weeks. Between working for a living, helping Chris and Courtney with their house, and building the "Kayak Kloset" (Gail calls it the "Boathouse"), I've had very little time to do anything else.

This weekend was no different. I spent all day yesterday helping Chris finish up the wall paper, and today mowing the yard (hopefully for the last time this year) and watching Gail clean (straighten up) the house. Now it's time for dinner. Got the grill going and pork chops waiting.

Weather or Not......

Yesterday the high for the day was 39. Today it's cloudy with a high of 61. Tomorrow it is supposed to be 74, with a chance of thunderstroms. Thursday's forecast is 41. We are having really schzophrenic weather.
